The problem is that the out of tune-ness decreases or increases as the velocity decreases or increases. The very least they would have had to do is to make a fine tuning tab in the key editor, for both pedal up and pedal down samples. If you look at their forums, there are people who have written to them and got responses that say that the out of tune notes are basically something that brings the instrument to life, and how proud they are of their instrument, and that these notes are just something that is unique to the very instrument that they sampled, and so on. What's more infuriating is how they handle it. You must be really frustrated about this that you would make an account and have this be your first post. Maybe if the developers knew how hard some people have to work for their money they would have taken care of this annoying out of tune piano that I removed off my computer. Just pick the preset that best serves you in the moment and you’re good to go.Forget about it a total waste of 650.00 for me.
